I cannot open my documents on my Android device.

What should I do?

Dotpost delivers documents as PDFs.

If you are using a web browser on Android, you may get a message about the file being corrupt and you cannot open it.
Android web browsers (e.g. Chrome) do not have an in-built PDF viewer by default. This means the system does not know how to open the file.

You can resolve this by installing a PDF viewer on your device. There are many different PDF viewers available in Google play.

Alternatively, you can use the Dotpost Android app. This allows you to read your documents directly from your Dotpost inbox.

The Dotpost mobile app provides access to you inbox only. It does not allow you to perform any account functions. These can be accessed via the web.

You can get the app on Google Play.
