I cannot open my documents on my Android device.

What should I do?

Dotpost delivers documents as PDFs.

If you are using a web browser on Android, you may get a message about the file being corrupt and you cannot open it.
Android web browsers (e.g. Chrome) do not have an in-built PDF viewer by default. This means the system does not know how to open the file.

You can resolve this by installing a PDF viewer on your device.
There are many different PDF viewers available in Google play such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit PDF Reader. File apps such as
Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox can also be used.
