I have changed my address will I still get my documents?

Dotpost uses your address to verify that it is you by linking an activation code with your postcode. Because the activation code is delivered via post, Dotpost knows the activation code is in the correct hands. This is why you are asked to enter your postcode when using the activation code - either as part of Register or Add New Sender processes.

Once you have authorised a sender by registering the activation code, Dotpost will deliver documents to you from this sender regardless of address.

If you have informed your sender of your new address, they may send you a new activation code linked to your new address. You will need to add this to your account via Add New Sender to receive any new documents from the sender.
