If you are experiencing issues accessing Dotpost from one of the supported browsers, try opening Dotpost in a private, InPrivate or Incognito window. This may resolve the issue.
Alternatively you can try a hard refresh of your browser cache. On Windows, this can be done by pressing the control button (Ctrl) and F5 button at the same time.
