Dotpost delivers on behalf of organisations (senders). This includes activation codes which are sent as part of a mailing from a sender.

If you think you should have an activation code, then please contact the sender and ask them to request an activation code for you. Alternatively you can wait until your next communication from the sender which will include an activation code.
